Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning production projects; conducting studies and analyzing production operations data (e.g., schedule, safety, quality, logistics, resources) to identify trends or deficiencies, and develop performance improvement methods and techniques for the timely and efficient completion of submarine maintenance and repair projects.
